Here's another Beter. If you study this brand, I think it's fair to say that there are a number of Beter razors that seem "pretty cheaply made". However, this one appears to me to have a better quality. I've also seen this particular model branded as "Saturno". Perhaps Beter contracted out their razors to other manufacturers? I saw this suggestion made on another shaving forum.
