I could not find out too much about the manufacturer. 1939 however, with Seat in Wittkuhler Straße 154, Solingen-Wald. Probably also sold Safety razors and DE blades under the name "Gold-Stern".

Here is a classic 7/8 full hollow Solingen razor which was probably intended for the international market and bears the "Gold-Star-Works" brand on the tang. Very pleasant razor.
