Gilly’s Nature Boy shaving soap

This is a vegan soap from South Africa made by an artisan who in my honest opinion is a genius as well as a hell of a nice guy.

Ease of lathering: 10/10–Rich, explosive, slick lather in no time.

Longevity of lather: 10/10–Stays perfectly stable throughout a shave.

General skincare: 8.5/10–Soothing, moisturizing, and comfortable. Slight cooling sensation.

Scent: 8.5/10–A lovely blend of spearmint and chamomile.

Price: N/A—I truly have no clue because I traded for it.

Would I buy again: 10/10– Yes, absolutely. This soap is a delight.

He’s only been making shaving soaps since 2014. His main production is bath soaps, aftershave balms, and also cosmetics for women.
