Am I right, is this a coticule?

I'm almost positive this is a Vintage glued coticule in pics 2,3,4, but would like to hear what others think. The speckling of dots and the crackled glare is what led me to believe it is a coticule. If it is a glued combo I plan on sawing off the cracked part for a matching slurry stone.
