I have - with the help of a lot of software - converted the Apollo instructions into text and had Google translate them from Latvian to English and German.
Here is the (not perfect - I don't speak Latvian) English translation of the instructions of this miracle razor. Make sure to read page 9 and you will want one.

As usual, insert the blade into the appliance. Before unscrewing the appliance, add a few drops of water in the middle of the heating arrow (enough drops).

Connect the appliance to the mains by pressing and holding it firmly in the wall socket (leaving the appliance in the wall socket is blocked by a protective button).
After about 30 seconds -

- A whistle is heard in the appliance (boiling water is boiling). The required temperature has been reached - remove the appliance from the wall socket immediately.

Take the appliance to the shaving area. Easy to soap - even with cold, simple soap foam.
