Collins produced razors with a circular blade, for a long time I thought they were ladies razors, however, the paperwork with my latest (Collins-)acquisition shows these were definately intended for men.
Changing the blade: press two fingers on the cap and turn, cap will unscrew and you can swap blades. Blades are notched to keep them in position. Razors are adjustable as well: with the knob at the base of the handle you can raise or lower the blade. Lowest position blade is lowered into storage position, and from there bladegap increases.

Second Collins is the Collins Rotary. This one has a handle you can wind up, and when releasing the switch the blade starts turning. Shaving with an angle grinder. Otherwise, this razor functions the same as the non rotating one.

And here my third. Similar to the first one, except different handle and sterling silver. Came with two bladepacks (one NOS) and original papers, that show these were not armpitrazors but definitively intended for men to shave their face.

I am getting the rotary soon. I about a month or so.
The Silver, will have to find one as well.

I'm sure they can't be that rare.
I swapped a £5 Butler razor for that Collins, a boxed Schick Type A, a boxed Ronson and I think three other razors.
All razors were surplus duplicates in someone's collection (guess whose, Richard)
I do like a bargain. I'm not sure if I should have kept the Butler instead though. It should have gone to Christie's
