The company has been in existence since 1890 and today produces surgical instruments, scissors, tweezers etc.
Unfortunately, it is not clear from their homepage to what extent they have produced razors.
Here is the model no.2196 in 6/8
which looks almost exactly like the thiers-issard 1196.
