Dr. Google advises that Jose Monserrat Pou was the founder of the Filarmonica straight razor company, operating in Barcelona, Spain, between 1915 and 1990. One of his straights was called the Ducal 14. Here's another Ducal, a DE Razor, also from Spain. I'm not sure if this razor was also made by Pou or not. There's almost no information online about it. This one has light gold plating, almost a wash. It came with a case. I also happened to have previously obtained the same case with another razor. It's provides a close and comfortable shave.
