Merkur razors from Solingen exists since 125 years.

The owner of Merkur Stahlwaren, Mr. Wiethoff, asked me to upload here the new brochure of 2022.

Not as far as I know, owner. Only the latest model is sold by Dovo.
BTW: Dovo and Merkur are no longer the same company.

Dovo is only distributing Merkur razors. Manufacturing is done by Merkur and all rights regarding Merkur razors belong still to Merkur only.

In the past, because both brands have been owned by the same family and everything was in one building with one Management, it was not clearly visible from the outside.

But some time ago Dovo and Merkur were sold one after the other to 2 different owners.

Merkur was bought from the former Managing Director of Dovo and Merkur (Mr. Wiethoff).

Dovo was bought from an investorgroup outside of the shaving industry. As far as I know, all rights of Dovo straight razors belong still to Dovo only.
