Unfortunately I have not found the manufacturer Peter Gösser from Unna in Westphalia.
According to the inscription: Schleiferei mit elekr. Operation & Steelware from Unna i. Westf.
Here is a knife from not quite 5/8 to a full 5/8, in my collection the thinnest ground knife.
