Unknown OC safety razor

I found this on a flea market. It seems to be made of aluminium. Does anyone know what it is?

I don't know what brand this razor is either. But I did happen to receive one of them today, from Germany. Looks to be the same as yours, ehv, except the handle has a couple more rings on it. This one looked terrible but shined up nice! It's aluminum, I believe, and weighs in at 42 grams.
