Horrible shavingyear, this was. I managed a grand total of 60 shaves, or once every 6 days. This shows in the number of blades used: leaving the razor with loaded blade in a bathroom for 6 days before using it again does not help the edge.
My repaired broken vintage Merkur 37 is the obvious favorite, as is the ToBS Lavender cream. Voskhod always was a clear winner so no surprise there.
