Any information on this razor?

Does anyone own a razor with the same or similar marking, or have any info about the Bingham marking they can share with me? Bingham is the only mark on the razor, & I couldn't find anything except information on Tally Ho's and some others razors while searching.

Thanks
Louis.

Bingham, CT - England....no dates
Bingham, James - England...no dates
Bingham, W, Co -Binghamton, NY. 1888-1894
I would tend to go for the English firms. The razor's monkey's tail/tang style is early 1800s. ~ 1815-1840.

A very good and inexpensive book is Standard Guide to Razors Third Edition..by Roy Ritchie and Ron Stewart. They consider all razors from a base price of ten USD. Find it used at Alibris or on the 'bay.
