Brush and soap:
J&T® Padouk finest 2-band badger Virginia Sheng and TOBS (Taylor of Old Bond Street) Platinum:
The TOBS (Taylor of Old Bond Street) Platinum is a firm cream, which lathers up well with my J&T® Padoek finest 2-band badger Virginia Sheng brush in the Grail. Nice fragrant lather. I am beginning to appreciate this cream more and more. Seems like as the years go by, my preference for fragrances is slowly changing. In the beginning I found this soap nothing special, but now I like it. The shaving quality is fine.
Blade and razor:
Used the Kai Stainless Steel for the 1st time.
A fresh Kai Stainless Steel to see how it behaves in my new Taiga. Well, the Homelikeshaving TAIGA AISI 316L (satin) with the Kai Stainless Steel is a very nice combo. With very low settings (skull on 2 and rest on 3} I am absolutely shaved smooth. Starting to appreciate this razor more and more. The light handle is still noticeable, but with such a sharp blade as the Kai and the weight of the shaving head it is very easy to plow through the lather and hair. The armpits also but once again taken and that too is mowed smooth without residue. Well it will be hard to purchase for a while, but for now my razor needs will be satisfied. With such a shaving result I can shave every other day, when I only use the Taiga with Kai. So we're not going to do that.
Result: BBS.
Finally: nicely scented with Davidoff Cool Water, Cien Men Hydro Moisturizing and Davidoff Cool Water Intense edp concluded. That does smell for a few hours again.
