A honed this razor on naniwa professional 1000, 3000, shapton 4000, 8000 glass stuone and as finishing stone this selected plus la veinette. HHT was not all that convincing. The shave proved me wrong. It was very good.

Groningen is a city in the Netherlands where I lived and studied at the university. That is the reason i bought the razor.

Brush and soap:
LiJüN silvertip 3 band and Razor Master Pete (Bay Rum):
For the time being the last shave at home, because we are packed and ready for a trip of a week or 5/6, depending on the weather and corona measures. Good last bowl of foam beaten before leaving home with the LiJüN silvertip 3 band and Razor Master Pete (Bay Rum). That gives a best foam with a somewhat introverted smell. Nothing exuberant.
Knife and razor:
The Personna Pfte Injector used for the 4th x.
Personna Pfte Injector is an excellent blade for when you need it fast. In the Schick L series the Personna Pfte Injector is an excellent blade that shaves easily in this combination.
So nice and smooth after 3 rounds.
Result: BBS.
Last but not least: squeeze well with Ilgaz Düzce Tütün (Tabac), lubricate with the Naturlife Krem Vazelin Argan Ve Aloevera Özlü m to avoid wrinkles and spray with Loris easily with Loris E-164 Laura Biagiotti Roma to seduce the ladies. We are now near Turnhout and tomorrow we will arrive in France in the direction of Normandy.

just finished my shave. Normal a shave in the morning but a blocked drain was stopping me from shaving. After professional help the drain is flushing again. The blockage was not shaving related but was detergent in combination with fat.

J&T® Zebrano OUMO Brush SHD WT (Super High Density, White Tips) finest 2-band badger 24 mm and Castle Forbes Lavender:
When the big knot of the J&T® Zebrano OUMO Brush SHD WT (Super High Density, White Tips) finest 2-band badger 24 mm is thoughtlessly loaded into the jar of Castle Forbes Lavender like a hard soap, you have a lot of soap in the brush and a pile of lather. That happened to me this morning. A bit dull after a stormy night in the tow house. Well, there was foam and a lot of scent!
Blade and razor:
The Gem Personna Pfte used for the 1st time.
A fresh Gem Personna Pfte is so effective and yet friendly. Nice close shave! Traveling without the Gem G Bar is not right. This razor is excellent with the Gem Personna Pfte and my technique. So smooth!
Result: BBS.
Finally: fixed the scent with PeReJa Lavender edc, Vivo Per Lei Hyacinth Hand & Body Lotion and L.T. Piver lotion Lavande.
On to Albert in the Somme department. A hotspot for historians, who have WW1 as a hobby.

Haven't posted my last two sotd, today I started with a Voskhod (4) but halfway pass1 decided it was too tuggy and replaced it with a blade from the same pack. That was a relief. This is a very mild razor, very effective though not too lasting, but doesn't like multiple days of growth. A pity as that's how I use most if not all razors. Still: I like it.

The Cat finished on my B/G Escher. Perhaps I should have finished in the misty slurry... Extremely close shave, but a bit crisp for my tastes.. A favorite brush, and a favorite soap. All in all, nice shave.. wanting to be better...
