Bbw colour

Hi,
Is there any variety of Belgian blue stone that is red in color and not blue? From the pictures on srp it seems like there is. Thanks.

Hmmm,I really dont know? But I do have a La Veinette combo with golden sparkles at the BBW side..

Can you post a link to the srp pictures? the very name "Belgian BLUE Whetstone" has a big clue in it

I tend to find that mine take on a more purple / claret colour when they're wet. Maybe those pictures are of wet stones. The slurry is certainly more pink than blue on mine.

For sure they do look a deep purple, but red??

I agree with Ralfy.Purple or eggplant yes, But red ,iam not sure.
