I' ve restored this razor myselve. Scales are made from European walnut, inlaid in linseed oil varnish and polished. Since the razor is from the middle of the 19th century it has some wear and tear, but shows no rust. The Brookes & Crookes logo can still be partially see under a magnifier. The razor comes sharpened, finished on Thuringian hone and leathered to the new owner and shaves gently.
