A verry nice and smooth shave in 2 passes , and believe me , it smells great in my bathroom.

First shave since Feb 25. This 100 yo brass screaming in pain Gillette turned slant shaves like a dream. Had, surprisingly!, no problems at all with my eight-day-beard. Pics coming this weekend, seems like work is returning to the normal hectic, instead of the supercharged hectic of the past months.

Brush and soap:
Simpsons LE TSN 2013 P8 Phyl #195 Best Badger and Proraso Red:
Not everyone's preference the Proraso, but with the Simpsons LE TSN 2013 P8 Phyl #195 Best Badger a nice lather was whipped from the Proraso Red. The Sandalwood scent is slightly chemical, but also pleasantly fresh. Very different from the heavy wood scent of e.g. Tobs, but then that is also a different quality. For shaving, this Proraso is fine.
Blade and razor:
Used the Triton R3 for the 6th time.
The Triton R3 stays on track and sharp. The Gillette New, nicely light razor screwed onto a titanium handle from Dscosmetic, allows the Triton R3 to do its work efficiently. Smooth without damage.
Result: BBS.
Finally: some mix of scents, but all with woodiness and also some freshness. Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Tütün, Proraso Wood and Spice ASB and Loris E-303 Bulgari Aqua Marine.
I am again very satisfied.

Third shave with the Rocnel Sailor 2020
used a Super Iridium blade (6x)

Stand 1 and 2 I can't really compare to another razor that I've used but stand 3 is for me exactly the same feeling as the Raw Shaving RS-10 with mild baseplate but the efficiency is a tiny bit greater then the RS-10 Aggressive baseplate. Only 7 more stands to test :yes_nicken

The arko is gone. I read stories from people finishing it in a month. They must make bathtubs of lather. I can see a full stick lasting at least 2 months. By the end I finished mine. It was scentless. Just smelled like soap and made a good lather.

@efsk I'm not an arko fan boy. Someone who insists that arko is the best in the world etc. The lathers from the arko were good. But yes there was a sense of relief. The fact that I was able to finish a shaving soap gives hope for the future.

Before it became scentless it really worked well as a room air freshner.
