I once had the Amber shaving soap from Petal Pusher and to this day it is one of the most fragrant soaps I have owned.

As far as I know it's no longer available and I think that's a real shortcoming.

I had the Amber. To be honest I could not really care for the scent, so I gave it to my father who still enjoys the soap very much. They are large tins and go a long way.

Second shave this year, but the first performed by me. Ver efficient, very pleasant shave.

Tonights instruments for a fabulous shave, if I may say so myself.
All day I was contemplating on what Stirling to use (I just have three...) but then I noticed the MWF on the topshelf. It had been a while so the Stirling will have to wait. Must have been divine intervention.
Anyhow, MWF loaded sideways never disappoints, Combined with this excellent razor resulted in a more than enjoyable shave.
Finished with my recently acquired vintage bottle of aftershave Mennen Wild Moss.

January is generally a meaningless month so I leave it to him to make up some products.

As there are the Extro Arancia Italiana this smell is too strong and too one-dimensional.
In that respect I must say that the Extro shaving soap and after shaves are good but absolutely not top.

The Harris Eucalyptus is a more than fantastic cream but oh well I have several soaps of this scent that also combined with Tea Tree and menthol are even better smell.

Such a nice razor this, comfortable and efficient, 3 rounds and smooth, and such a nice soap to use, great foam, and great smell. This is the third shave of the new year, the other two fell trough the cracks ;-)
