Brush and soap:
Oumo Brush SHD G5 26mm and Elly's Baltic Breeze:
The Oumo Brush SHD G5 26mm is a pleasant universal brush. So far I have whipped up Martin de Candre Agrumes, TOBS (Taylor of Old Bond Street) Platinum, Arko, TFS Neroli Strong, Proraso Green and this morning Elly's Baltic Breeze. All of these soaps produce excellent lather with this sturdy syntheet. Some a little denser, others a little moister, but all fine lather. You have to pay attention to it for a while, but that's exactly what makes it beautiful. Even the less exuberant Elly's gives a nice yogurt-like lather. Satisfied with this brush. Although for me nothing really beats a brush of good natural hair, I am so happy with this one. Already know that he may come with me to the caravan for the spring trip.
Blade and razor:
The Treet Platinum Super Stainless Steel for the 4th time used.
The Treet Platinum Super Stainless Steel is also this turn quite usable. In the Gillette Goodwill (head), the Treet Platinum Super Stainless Steel does a good job. Nothing very special, but smooth with little touching up. I only have the head of that razor. Funny thing, when there is no blade in between, it rattles from all sides, but when the blade is in place, everything slides into place well. Basic open comb razor.
Result: BBS.
Finally: bit of fresh airy finish with 4711 Echt Kölnisch Wasser, Cien Men Hydro Age Q10 and Loris E-048 Cool Water goes well with the Baltic Breeze.
