Yes Sir ,Is available.
Best regards

Faux Ivory?? Yes!!!I would be interested in purchasing some ~3mm thickness material at 20mm or double multiples of 20mm wide by 240+ mm long. About 70CM² per pair of scales to be fabricated.
If you would be so kind as to point me in the correct direction, my house and shop + projects in the queue would not do justice to making it myself.
Respectfully

Beautiful work Ralfy,

How long did it take you to get this result with the dremel?

Galalith is a beautiful material that I didn't know of. Has it also a little thermoplastic quality?

Regards

....

Thank you Laurent, it only took about 30 mins to clean the rust off and satin the blade with the Dremel, the rest of the Razor is polished and that took a while longer.

Best regards

My friends i ll sent some pcs of celluloid to Ralf. I hope he will share some pictures. If you like them i ll send you some pcs too. You can purchase of course from the emarket but i am afraid that the minimum quantity is large.

Beautiful job, Ralphy

I had a Joey a while back. As sheffields go, it was nice. I have the sad condition of my face not liking Sheffields, which is tragic. They're quality and very handsome. I tried 8 of them. I liked 2. Both belonged to others. The Joey was a neat razor. I hope this one pleases you for many decades.

As always Ralfy, top notch job...The tear and wear and many years of age is still evident, though the polish is just spot on

I use Dremel abrasive buffs, they come in coarse, medium and fine, and I chose the medium one for this
Best respects
Ralfson (Dr)

I just recive package of coarse and medium Dremel buffs and also fine ones.
Fine ones are packaged together in one package so it's not problem, but medium and coarse also comes together in the package and there is no notice which one is which so I will appreciate your help about ID.

Thx

The lightest coloured one is coarse, you can tell if you look closely its very different to the fine one

Thx.
The darker one (grey) seems to me to be coarser because it's more stiffer than light (brown) one.
But, obviously, I was wrong.
So, thank you once more time.
