Vulfix 404 Grosvenor mixed Badger and Boar Bristle and Arko:
I forgot to take a picture, but by now this is also a familiar setup: Vulfix 404 Grosvenor mixed Badger and Boar Bristle with the Arko soap. Great stuff. Left the Arko twice with a film of water over night. This is completely absorbed by the soap and is even easier to load and gives an even nicer lather. So I keep this in.
Blade and razor:
The Personna Pfte Injector blade used for the 1st time.
A fresh Personna Pfte Injector. That's a difference 9 times used or a new one. The old one was fine, what should I use for superlative? Then nothing. Just fine. The well known combination: Schick L series and Personna Pfte Injector. In 3 rounds all around super smooth.
Result: BBS.
Finally: Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Kolonya Klasik Limon with Mennen Baume Energisant and Loris E-003 Acqua Di Gio. Very good, some lime some fougere and the pure freshness of the Arko. Ready for a ride with the caravan to Licherode.Ready with the Moselle and direction Waldhessischen Bergland.

Yes, the replacement knot, a tuxedo delivered by Jan Zoethout, is a nice improvement of the RazoRock 400. After using the Yaqi Timber Wolf 26 mm for a while it feels a bit small or the Yaqi a little big.

Brush and soap:
Yaqi R1605-S Tuxedo and Proraso Wood and Spice:
The Yaqi R1605-S Tuxedo is in the lower price segment just a good synthesizer. With this brush the Proraso Wood and Spice can be frothed up nicely and apart from a slight chemical undertone this is a nice start of the day.
Blade and razor:
The Voskhod used for the 1st time.
A fresh Voskhod is not wrong to use too. In the Fatip Piccolo Special Edition (SB) the Voskhod is well tucked away, a fine combi, with which it is easy to shave smoothly.
Result: BBS.
Finally: finished with the Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Tütün, Proraso Wood and Spice ASB and Proraso Wood and Spice cologne I had a nice and effective woody, spicy and close shave again. Quiet day today. Looking around in the neighborhood. Beautiful nature and small old villages.

Aftershave balm: Mühle Buckthorn

The second use of the Mühle Rocca in combination with the Treet Dura knife was an efficient and comfortable experience.

Was my thought that a Tatara Nidochi should be the first on the wish list I am now beginning to have serious doubts whether this shouldn't be the Mühle.

Saturday... After a busy day i had some time for a relaxed shave... by the way, nice shave again.. The razor went back to noiseless and feeling discharged through the beard hair to let everything end up in the sink.
Silvertip brush extra dense Geo Wostenholm&son (pipe razor) wedge. Stirling Coconut lime...do I told you, nice summer air.
