Oh la la, these Scheermonnik soaps are MAGNIFICENT. I received two of them not too long ago and I absolutely love them. They’re from the Netherlands and although they’re a bit pricey the ends justify the means - this Delftse Donderslag (Delft Thunderclap) smells so gorgeous, (can there be a sandalwood note?) it’s not tallow based but it gives amazing lather that’s so thick, rich, cushiony, protective as well as super slick, and the skincare is brilliant. The Aveeno moisturizer is unscented so it works great for sensitive skin, and the Proraso Red aftershave not only smells beautiful - it feels so good on my skin. Three glorious passes gave me a fabulous BBS shave that was so much fun!

Two passes and touch ups with the Pal Injecto-Matic and Personna injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Hendrick's Witch Hazel and then Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
