Tuesday morning:

L’Oréal Men Expert Facial Wash
Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole
Super Speed/7 AM day 9
Brick SS
Proraso Blue ASB
Max Disinfecting AS Splash
Bleu de Chanel Deodorant Stick
Bleu de Chanel EdP

This Brick soap is from the Netherlands and it’s a house brand of a barbershop over there. The owner apparently doesn’t want to put it on the market and he keeps it for himself and for his customers. It’s got a beautiful barbershop scent with thick, rich, creamy lather that has plenty of slickness, and it leaves a comfortable postshave feeling. A friend of mine in the Netherlands sent it to me along with a bunch of other nice Dutch stuff. The Proraso Blue balm is so moisturizing as well as soothing, and the Max Disinfecting aftershave from Bulgaria stings like a bugger for a couple of seconds but then it feels great. Finally the gorgeous Bleu de Chanel fragrance and I’m good to go. Three glorious passes gave me a dynamite BBS shave that was so much fun!

Enjoy your day and your shaves - be well and stay safe!

Thursday morning:

L’Oréal Men Expert Facial Wash
Razorock 26mm Monster
Super Speed/7 AM day 11
Lider Classic SC
Aveeno Moisturizer
Hega AS Splash
Aramis EdT

I somehow overslept so when I got up I showered fast and I grabbed the first thing in front of me which was this Lider Classic cream which is from Poland and very, very nice. I’ve had this cream for a really long time and for some reason I neglected it so this morning I decided to give it a spin. It has a lovely lemony scent with perhaps a hint of mint, it gives fabulous lather from just a small dab on both cheeks, and it leaves a very comfortable postshave feeling. The Aveeno moisturizer and the Hega aftershave from Sweden were a great finish, and the beautiful Aramis fragrance topped it all off. Two passes did the job for me - the 7 AM blade is still performing quite well. A good BBS shave that was really enjoyable!

See you all tomorrow - enjoy your day!

Friday morning’s Grand Freeze:

L’Oréal Men Expert Facial Wash
Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole
Super Speed/7 AM day 12
Captain Nemo Absolute Zero SS
Captain Nemo Absolute Zero AS Toner
Osage Rub AS Splash
Bleu de Chanel Deodorant Stick
Bleu de Chanel EdP

If this setup doesn’t freeze your face off then nothing will - this Absolute Zero soap and aftershave toner as well as the Rubby Dubby Doo are three menthol atom bombs. The scent of this soap and aftershave toner is so nice - the best way to describe it would be aquatic with minty notes - the soap is vegan based like all of Abir’s soaps, it’s so easy to lather, within a couple of seconds the menthol sensation hits like a ton of frigid bricks, and the skincare is brilliant. The matching aftershave toner is so moisturizing as well as soothing, and it can freeze your face to smithereens, the Rubby Dubby Doo is another bone chiller, and there’s no other fragrance as beautiful as the Bleu de Chanel - at least not to me. Three glorious passes gave me a dynamite BBS shave that was so much fun!

Enjoy the weekend - be well and stay safe!
