Plastic/Carbolite кazor for Identification

I came across this slant razor, without any stamps or identification marks. Perhaps you have any suggestions as to what kind of razor this is? I would be grateful for the information.

Head is Globusmann, has been around in many versions. Globusmann because the only branded razors I've seen that have this head were branded such. Handle not one I've seen on this model razor, but I can imagine it having been sold like this.

So in my photo it is most likely a Frankenstein razor. Tell me please, this head Globusmann interesting in terms of shaving or is it mediocre?
