That is a very good razor, congratulations for this find. According to Franco Lorenzi's book page 51 the Tura was patented by W. Schlake and A. Spanken, Bielefeld Germany on Sep.4, 1926. The patent was granted for an electro-mechanical razor on Aug.11, 1927
A later version of this shaving system was the Rasolett safety razor.
