That is a very good razor, congratulations for this find. According to Franco Lorenzi's book page 51 the Tura was patented by W. Schlake and A. Spanken, Bielefeld Germany on Sep.4, 1926. The patent was granted for an electro-mechanical razor on Aug.11, 1927

A later version of this shaving system was the Rasolett safety razor. The razor head is held between the thumb and index finger while shaving and pulled up and down over the skin using the central blade comb. The razor head has a small recess for the fingers. I am quite shure, that the word Tura is also a trademark. I have to look for it, maybe I'm lucky enough to find it
