The Spanish (or, in this case, Basque) had an interesting view on slants. Previous shave was with a Maravilla that has a curved head, this is the IRO, where the handle is tilted. You can use any which head you like, as long as it has a M5 screw, the handle makes sure it's a slant. You want a tilted superslant? Go ahead. A Gillette slant without Wanton Destruction? Here's your handle.
I used it with the standard head that came with it. Easy, comfortable shave. Like it.
