Unknown razor - identification.

I would like to ask for help in finding information about this razor.
Unfortunately, I have only these photos (without any descriptions or additional data).

Kind of the same mechanism like the Dixi, except the handle is way different.

In your 4th pic there's some writing visible on the baseplate. Can't decipher it from this pic. Any idea what it says?

xIA deciphers it as "Solid Steel" which doesn't really help us further

Here's what we managed to find out, the brand Meli 1061 . Razor was made in Czechoslovakia. Later "Meli" was renamed to "Soluna".

I have some photos of a safety razor with spring action handle. The razor was probably made around 1920/30. The razor is marked D.R.P.a and D.R.G.M. The safety razor is nickel-plated and has a wavy blade guard. It is possible to find out more about the razor, but it takes some time.
