Unmarked Emir?

I got this from eBay. The baseplate reminds me of an Emir as does the handle. It is unmarked.

I have one exactly the same except for the design on the handle and my base plate is a dual comb. It was also identified as an Emir when sold to me and it also had no markings to say if it is correct or not. Either it is an Emir, or we both got tricked.

There's no "E" on two sides of the handle?
