Vauzy

A terrific French near wedge is this Vauzy. By the shape of the blade I'd say early 20th century at the latest.

Those Early 1900 / late 1800 French Near wedges are very fine Shavers. Mine are made of a harder steel than most of the other straights I have. A little harder to hone but they take a wonderful edge.
