Vintage coti combo

Your combo coti looks like mine. I would say that my vintage coti is a fast cutter. Even with a thin slurry (4 or 5 swipes) I am able to set the bevel with only 1 set of 20 half strokes. Using dilucot I can finish honing in about 3 or 4 sets of 15 halfstrokes.





 
Yes, that coti really looks like mine. It is indeed fast on slurry, a misty slurry will still darken in a few strokes.
