Vintage Merkur

As I know it's Merkur it doesn't really fit the unknown DE section, yet 've no idea what model it is. Maybe lump the vintage Merkur of unknown type in this thread, and separate them in their own thread as soon as identification is provided.
Came to me in a lot, this oldie. Don't know anything about it, not even how it shaves, as I haven't tried that yet

So even Merkur experimented with those flat base plates with no lather slots. Must be something about those designs.
