Windrose is a brand that, as far as I know, started with selling razor handles and honing services, and expanded into DE-territory. That would be heads only, so their linu-up is heads, handles, honingservices. The heads I own are slightly modified clones of "golden oldies".
First of, the Windrose "Fasan"-head. This head is basically shaped like the Fasan N°1, that a while after Windrose did it got copied too by PAA for their Monster-series slants. What makes the head different is it is a bit thicker, uses more material, and because it is made of steel it is way heavier than the original plastic N°1, and also than the rare full-metal version of the N°1.
As for shaving, it was not quite my thing. Using it on my aluminium Windrose handle it was a bit top-heavy, where what I love about the Fasan N°1 is that it is so extremely lightweight. I guess here, the memory of the Fasan got in the way of appreciating the Windrose head. Maybe I should try it again sometime.
Head comes in satin and polished finish.

Second Windrose head I own is their metal version of the Ile de France head, which in itself is a semi-clone of the Walbusch/Merkur B3. Semi, as the Ile de France uses proprietary blades, and has material cut out of the head where the B3 does not. The Windrose IdF "copy" is steel, heavy, and uses ordinary DE blades.
Here, too, for me the weight worked against it. I know I am a plastic lightweight razor aficionado, but I found this model somewhat tuggy, and sticking to the face. The glide was just not really there.
This, too, satin and polish.
