Simpsons LE TSN 2013 P8 Phyl #195 Best Badger and Occult Grooming Essentials Druantia:
Whipped up a good lather with the Simpsons LE TSN 2013 P8 Phyl #195 Best Badger from the Occult Grooming Essentials Druantia. This soap has good technical shaving properties. The scent is less so, have no idea what it is supposed to smell like, but what I smell is somewhat earthy with something floral in the distance. The maker talks about An Oriental fougère, which opens with light citrusy notes that settle fairly quickly on a bed of Cedar and Oud. Sandalwood, Agarwood, Cedar and Musk, Angelica and Galbanum, Lemon, Sicilian Bergamot and Pink Pepper. Well that's too complex for my nose and has the same effect on me as modeling clay, of which the various colors are kneaded together, after which you are left with gray modeling clay. A pity, but that's how it is. It doesn't smell wrong, but also not to traceable scents for me. Although I tend to buy only European soaps, this one will not be replaced.
Blade and razor:
Used the Lord Super stainless Classic for the 1st x.
The fresh Lord Super stainless Classic delivered an extremely smooth shave. In the Homelikeshaving TAIGA AISI 316L (satin) is the Lord Super stainless Classic effective and also have to be a bit careful, that I do not get too nonchalant. This razor shaves so comfortably, but also efficiently, that I soon stop paying attention to the angle and that is treacherous. I managed to make two small cuts on my skull at 2.5, nothing serious, but just a little tip. That is immediately closed with alum. The face on 3.5 and smooth again. Still have to get used to the weighty head in relation to the handle.
Result: BBS.
Finally: finished with Ilgaz Düzce Tütün (Tabac), Naturlife Krem Vazelin Argan Ve Aloevera Özlü and Occult Grooming Essentials Druantia AS. Also the AS has scent technically the same as the soap. Nothing wrong with it, but no recognizable special scent.
Fine smooth and fresh start to the day and now to enjoy the nice weather.

The Lord Super stainless Classic shaves very pleasantly smooth without any frills. The Homelikeshaving TAIGA AISI 316L (satin) after 3 shaves feels like a definite feedback giving . This one is definitely a keeper, good construction, plays along in the top class, but I have razors, which give a more solid and balanced feeling when handling. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with it. The Lord Super stainless Classic does it again very well.
Result: BBS.
Finally: with Tabac Original Aftershave Lotion, Tabac Original Aftershave Balm and Tabac Original Aftershave Fluid the skin relaxed and cared for again. On to the next shave.

Using the Vulfix 404 Grosvenor mixed Badger and Boar Bristle, in the context of this one needs to go on, whipped up a solid bowl of lather from the Proraso Wood and Spice. This woody soap has a somewhat artificial wood scent. Not really annoying, but there are soaps with more natural scents in this category. Regardless, it's pretty good stuff to shave with.
Blade and razor:
Used the Feather stainless Platinium for the 1st x.
To test my new razor a fresh Feather stainless Platinium picked. After first getting acquainted with the Homelikeshaving TAIGA AISI 316L (satin) it is time for a test round with a Feather stainless Platinium. This is a very effective combo. The head on 3 and the face on 5, a smoother shave is not possible. Even have to be careful not to give some pressure, otherwise this combo hooks easily. Feather may be the sharpest, but not my most preferred blades.
Result: BBS.
