Brush and soap:
Omega 80097 and Castle Forbes Lavender:
A Mediterranean party was it again this morning with the scents of lavender. However, I still had to test the pre shave of Proraso and that resulted in nothing, at least no distinction between with or without shaving. Half of my face and head are rubbed with it, but both right (pre-treated) and left shaves identical for me, which confirms my idea, that it is useless for the result. The cool start with the Proraso is nice, but the hairs cut equally and the razor glides on both sides without any difference. Of course others may experience this differently, but I have confirmed my own idea once again.
The Omega 80097, a vintage pig, nice through the Castle Forbes Lavender and firmly loaded. Then a nice thick foam beaten in my Polish bowl. The CF does that well. Smells great in the lavender and holds it in the foam.
Blade and razor:
The Derby Premium for the 2nd time used.
The Derby Premium blade does its job for the 2nd x excellent. Yes, there are Derby blades that you can shave with. The combination Gillette Tech Fat Handle and Derby Premium feels like one without fuss. A good shave, no angular sensitivity and no excessive effectiveness.
Result: BBS.
Finally: Finished with first a splash of lavender etc from Turkey, L.T. Piver lotion Lavande and then beautifully hydrated with the Mennen Baume Energisant. Finally lavender scent of the Panier & Sens Lavanda EdT and the Provence was rammed back into my head.
