On the top picture the staining looks worse than it actually is. Scales are mildly scratched but nothing major.
I’m contemplating on leaving everything just as is. I kind of like the speckled look.
Any idea on the age of this blade?
Also 20ies?

I received it yesterday. Just cleaned it with warm soapy water and a brush and gave it a light polish.
80 grams in its original scales.
Its my first 8/8. I’m wondering how such a massive blade will shave.

Richard Abr Herder 1 with some patina spots. The shape looks like a Friedrich Abr Herder 25. The size is a little above 6/8.
