Hm. Would make for an interesting experiment. Only use the touchscreen for hitting the order button, and never clean it. After a while the distribution of dirt on your screen shows the distribution of order button placement.

I don’t own a Tesla, but isn’t the start button shown on the big screen, placed somewhere else each time. It pops up on a different place each time you want to start your car. In order to prevent the build up of a fingerprint/residue on one single place on the screen. However I do like that experiment. Makes me wonder would it be different in Arabic countries where they read from right to left...
