I am sometimes surprised but that with a very mild Razor like an S1 you get the same result as the Paradigm that comes out of nowhere for me.

Nice summertime foam with the Semogue SOC Badger Cherrywood beaten from the Stirling Wintergreen. This Glacial delivers a delicious fresh tear drawing foam.
Blade and razor:
The Derby Extra Super Stainless for the 1st x used.
To see what the qualities of a razor are, I always use a Derby Extra Super Stainless. For me really the bottom of the range of blades. It shouldn't be any worse than this. Well in the Paradigm Daimondback the Derby Extra Super Stainless behaves quite well. After 2 laps the Derby is replaced by the 4x used Gillette Rubie and look at that, what a difference of combi. Although I knew of course that we have two extremes here, I've never felt such a clear difference in a razor as with the Daimondback. Was the Derby acceptable, was that used Gillette very far above. That's the beauty of this razor, to show a clear difference in blades. Tomorrow I'll try another one and then I'll know. As a matter of fact, I know right now.

Finally: nice cold finish with Green Freeze (Osage/Menthol), Naturlife Krem Vazelin Argan Ve Aloevera Özlü and Stirling Wintergreen AS makes the shave cool and perfect again.

Oumo Brush LE 095/102 / silk HMW gel tip 26 mm and Mama Bear Ice:
This morning the first time I loaded the Oumo Brush LE 095/102 / silk HMW gel tip 26 mm with solid glycerine soap, the Mama Bear Ice. Had expected that it would take quite some effort, given the soft feel of the brush. However, the opposite turned out to be the case. It was true, that there was little foam in the bowl, but the knot was filled with a nice fat and firm foam, which could easily be applied.
Blade and razor:
The Astra Superior Platinium for the 1st x used.
For the science a new Astra Superior Platinium used. That shaved fine, but also some small blood spots. Nothing serious, but the alum got used. Whether it is due to this blade or to the combination Paradigm Daimondback with the Astra Superior Platinium I don't know yet, but very smooth, but not entirely undamaged shaved. Tomorrow again and then the Gillette Ruby in the Paradigm. I'm starting to get more and more feeling with this fine razor.
Result: BBS.
Finally: the coolness of the Mama Bear Ice boosted with Kremlon Ice Cologne. After that a neutral ASB was in place, Mennen Baume Energisant and finished off with Loris E-048 Cool Water.

Today the fourth shave with the West Coast Shaving Lithe. I have to say that I am impressed by this razor. It outperformes the Game Changer for me clearly. And that for a razor head of 10 USD. Tomorrow the testing of the more agressive version is scheduled.
