From Portland, Oregon comes the Krect Razor Company. The razors are patented by a patent filed by and assigned to Chester Gratiot. There exist three models, that have in common a very sleek head, nicely torqued to form a very mild yet efficient slant.
The first model is this three-piece sort screw. The handle has a very beautiful Art-Deco look. The same or similar handles were used on the Hospital and Berkely regular DE's. I love how the Krect does away with the three-post design that is seen in most razors, instead uses a bar that fills the length of te slot in modern blades.
The case was given to me by @Tjebbe , for which I remain very grateful, the blade I found later.

For their second model, Krect did away with screw and nice handle. Instead of screw the cap has a triangle that hooks into the handle, and is locked when turned into position. It will only hold the position when loaded with a blade, without it fits loosely and swivels back.

Their third model had a similar cal like the second, but is locked differently, and can be released by pushbutton at the base of the handle.

Was the push button able to have variable angles for the head so you could have a torqued/diagonal setting?

No. It is basically the same razor as the short screw variant, except with different locking mechanism and less pretty handle.

It was my understanding that they made the Hospital also. Is this the version with a shim on top of the base plate that allows a 1/4 turn adjustability?

This handle was used by Hospital, Cooper and Berkeley. The Berkeley one was branded, the Hospital came in a case very similar to that of the Krect, suggesting a familyrelation. The Berkeley is the adjustable version.
Whether or not Cooper and Berkeley were made by Krect as well is not (yet) known to me.

Add Doehler-Jarvis and Club to that "adjustable" list. They all look like the same razor.
I didn't know about the Cooper.

Locked and loaded with shim for tomorrow.

The razor pictured here is in fact the first model, handle and head exactly as pictured on the patent applied for 1933, approved 1935, and pictured in ads as new in 1936.

The Spiral Curve with Doehler-Jarvis handle appears from 1948, after the inventor's death, and just after the same handle appears with the two Cooper Kant-Rust razors.
