I have this razor for a long time. I never used it. I decided to use it today. Result one cut in my neck.
 
Today I used setting 7 for the face, still a very smooth shave only noticed that you have to be careful with the earlobe, got a very small cut there, is because the opening is getting quite big now and then the angle of the blade can get stuck behind the earlobe, a bit like you can be surprised when using an open razor with a spike tip for the first time

Brush and soap:
Semogue SOC Badger Cherrywood and The Dutch Barbershop Herbal Grinded Lemon:
Lathered up some nice classic shaving soap with the Semogue SOC Badger Cherrywood. The Dutch Barbershop Herbal Grinded Lemon is a nice pure hard soap in a somewhat small tin. Because it is a super hard soap, it is very economical in use. I have used it 20 times, but before I have used it all, it will take me 10 years, because it has been in my rotation for 5 years.
Blade and razor:
Used the Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus for the 2nd time.
The Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus is nicely present. Clean and smooth shave. The combination Dscosmetic T7 316L SS titanium handle with the Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus is effective and comfortable at the same time. Light combo, which runs nicely on the firm foam. Smoothly smooth.
Result: BBS.
Finally: With grinded lemon fits Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Kolonya Klasik Limon, Weleda Aftershave Balsam and Pinaud-Clubman Citrus Musk Eau de Cologne. A nice fresh and fruity finish.

Jerusalem Harkos® Fibre and Chiseled Face Cryogen:
Since the election fairy tales were extensively shown on the TV last night, it became a little late and a generous glass of whiskey trickled in unnoticed. That called for a boost this morning. Proraso Crema Pre Barba for the pre-cooling. With the Jerusalem Harkos® Fibre I whipped up a refreshing foam from the pure Chiseled Face Cryogen. That's a wake-up call!
Blade and razor:
Used the Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus for the 3rd time. Used the Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus again and it went like greased lightning. The Fatip Zebrano (OC) latest version with the Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus is comfortable and fool proof. Smooth and easy shave. Result BBS.
Finally, after cooling with Alcolado Glacial, caring with Cien Men Hydro Care and refreshing with Loris E-048 Cool Water.
This refreshes me!

I like this Tobs very much.
Now then. After my last shave, the first with this Wantonly Destructed Gillette Tech turned slant, I was very sceptical. Even doubted I should try again. Figured, however, to put a too sharp blade in this mild razor and see what it would do.
Wow. Where last shave, the Treet, only used once before, literally tried to pull the hairs from my face, rather than cutting, the combination with the Kai just slid over my face as if nothing was there. Very pleasant, very comfortable three-pass shave. The difference between the two shaves could not have been bigger.
