Prep Skin Protective Cream, J&T® Zebrano OUMO Brush SHD WT (Super High Density, White Tips) finest 2-band badger 24 mm and Le Père Lucièn - le Savon du Barbier feel like a very good base for a successful shave. Well that was it. The foam was perfect.
Blade and razor:
The Shapu Super Stainless for the 5th x used. The Shapu Super Stainless reached my 5 norm easily, so also perfect. The Fatip Grande Rutinia with the Shapu Super Stainless goes well together and was very effective, so also perfect. Result BBS.

@jaap ouderwets scheren 'wat van ver komt is goed'. Maybe there is truth in that saying. It is because it is the only shaving soap availlable in the dutch supermarkts and it is cheap too. We don't appreciate it. So the reverse could also be true. @Clouds if you like it use it.
Altough it makes my skin itch, because it is really drying. @The King advices to add a drop glycerine.

First use of it and I have no complaints.
I've been informed that it's the oldest shaving soap in the world at over 450 years old. They must be doing something correct to have lasted so long.
We also have a cheap local soap that I happily use but others complain about.
I have extremely oily skin so soaps that dry me out suit me. My wife and I use different soaps even for washing our hands.

Razor , a bakelite slant , no brand to find , the only thing i found is the number 6 in the head.
Blade , Gillette Nacet ( 4 ).
Brush , a German vintage , pure bristles , with a new Synthetic knot.
Shaving cream , TOBS Grapefruit.
And after the 3 passes , a big splash Floid Dopobarba.
Razor , a bakelite slant , no brand to find , the only thing i found is the number 6 in the head.

Off course the most people can shave with The Vergulde Hand , but for my skin its mutch to dry.
That its a cheap soap , wont say nothing , i have a few Turkisch soaps , Arko and Derby , and they are great.
There's something wrogn with our sense of smell.
