So cool to remove a month of beard .. you can feel how privileged we are with our shaving gear. Instead of all that discarding junk such as boldking etc.

Mühle Silvertip Fibre® 21mm and Eufros Gea:
This morning the last sample Eufros with the Mühle Silvertip Fibre® 21mm whipped into foam, the Eufros Gea. As I see it now, there is no reason to add Eufros to my daily rotation. The Gea with the scent of Bergamot, Lavender, Cedar, and Neroli is one of the most compelling for me, along with the Rosa Oud. Those would be the only two soaps that would qualify for me. However, I have enough in those scents, so just for now. The fact remains, that it is technically fine stuff to shave with.
Blade and razor:
The Centwin Super Platinium for the 8th x used.
The Centwin Super Platinium ended up in the piggy bank this morning after 8x. Respectable! In my opinion, this will be a more than sufficient blade, but not a hit like the Rapira Platinum Lux etc. The Gillette New with the Centwin Super Platinium is a somewhat difficult shaving combination. It's fine, but doesn't feel very effective, while some blades in this open comb are very clearly present. This is not so, but the declining sharpness will also be the cause.
Result: DFS.
Finally: Lavender for the finish with PeReJa Lavender edc, Seinz. After Shave Balsam and L.T. Piver lotion Lavande finished it beautifully.

Normally I do not shower before shaving I just rinse my face with cold water. If I then use the balea rasieröl I do not notice any difference. When I shave under the shower I have the impresion that the oil improves the glide and post shave feel.

The Vulfix 404 Grosvenor mixed Badger and Boar Bristle makes the Simpsons Café Latte a rich lobed foam. Now I love strong black coffee and that messes up the milk in the coffee of Simpsons. However, it remains a nice cream to shave with and the smell is also quite good, but a little too soft and sweet for me. When this one runs out there won't be any more.
Blade and razor:
The Max Herder Swedish Steel (carbon 0.08 mm) for the 1st x used.
As a lover of carbon steel blade I am well served with this Max Herder Swedish Steel (carbon 0.08 mm). These are old Dutch blades. Very thin and well shaving. You have to take some time for that, because the knife has to cut with a slight pull, so not be scratching easily and forcibly, no nice soft and quiet, really zen, the hairs cut off. The combination is really vintage with the Mulcuto Schrägschnitt (metal) and this Max Herder Swedish Steel (carbon 0.08 mm). In the past they knew nothing else and so this was actually, besides the open knife, the maximum achievable. Better than all those modern torture tools! Nice work. Smooth head.
Result: BBS.
Finally: The Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Tütün hardly pricks given the beautiful cut. The Mennen Baume Energisant makes the skin feel beautifully supple and the Loris E-181 Noir Man gives an extra nice scent to the coffee.
