Yeahh...and right you were Thanks for the advice. It`s now on it`s way to the UK,Ralfy cant wait to hone it!....and neither can I.Thanx again Ralfy..
So I gotta play with this for a while :
A Wade & Butcher Barbers Rattler. Mahogany scales, oak wedge, and repinned today as I wasnt pleased with the others..Would like some more polishing of the blade, but I think its better to stop at this point.
Got it in a lot of 7 SR`s on Ebay. Surely none of you guys had noticed it...hehehe.
It was a chance, as I wasnt sure it was a W & B and the photos were crappy. Came heavily corroded and with broken scales. But for an average of 10 US dollars per SR I guess it`s okay.
Yeahh..me too,it`s a great shaver. And I can hone it myself Wish I had some better scale material though...
Ralfy, the packaging of the Tally Ho got...ehhh a bit ambitious but surely you have a sharp item that can open the packaging...
I am sure I have something that will open her up  TBH Straight Razors are about all I am good at when it comes to sharpening, Knives forget it I have a wonderful little Spanish stainless number that I keep trying and putting back in the drawer, even our kitchen knives only get a go on the steel because if I try anything else they turn into butter knives .... lol
hehe..it`s the opposite here..I`ve honed thousands and thousands of cutlery knives etc. through the years,on humble honing machines and 35.000 euro machinery..but razors is a different thing!
