They are German craftsmen.
So why don't you exercise a modicum of patience, and look forward to your razor instead?
I Totally agree whit that... having a confirmation that your order is in and will be taken care of in due time helps, don't you think?
Also to know how a company operates helps one to have more patience insted of doubting if the " email order " is in. don't you think?

It is my understanding that Revisor are small. Certainly a lot smaller than Dovo. And that customer satisfaction is at the top of their agenda, which is why they do not use retailers. I find it remarkable how anyone would contact an artisan (which is what Revisor basically are) and expect an instant reply. Maybe my own priorities do not match with those of the general razor acquiring population, but a) I use razors because I enjoy the aspect of spending quality time with quality products, and b) because I expect men to outgrow the desire for instant drive satisfaction at the age of three.
