Lovely shave of head and face. (Was already a few days back) super smooth.
Because I'm busy in the garden. A nurturing aftershave without alcohol on it so that the head doesn't burn immediately because of the alcohol in most splashes.

Maiden voyage for the Riga. I knew it was killer sharp. I deleted one pass and still had pretty good sting from the alum. One of the closest shaves ever, though... I just need to dial it in for my face. The razor itself shaves effortlessly, and I'm very happy with it!
Arlington is a very nice soap, and the little Shavemac does a great job with it.
AV is a cool, summer favorite!

This morning the shave, what a great razor, on the face 2 passes and smooth did 1 pass on my head and cleanend it up with a Fatip.

Martin de Candre Vetiver is a nice scented Vetiver soap, which I will not buy. It's good soap, which provides a beautiful lather.Apparently I don't have much with vetiver scent, although it seems that it has a calming effect on the skin, which is already so calm. Got this soap to try from a shaving friend. Nice to avoid buying a jar of soap for the rest of your life, because those pots of MDC will last for so long. Good thing is, this is a really hard soap, which can easily be whipped up with the Vulfix 404 Grosvenor mixed Badger and Boar Bristle to a fine shaving foam.
Knife and razor:
The Astra Superior Platinium for the 5th x used.
The Astra Superior Platinium runs comfortably through the beard. In the Souplex OC, a super light razor with a very direct shaving sensation, the Astra Superior Platinium is well in place. Nice close shave in 3 rounds.
Result: BBS.
Finally: again a refreshing and antiseptic finish with Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Kolonya Klasik Limon, care of the Naturlife Krem Vazelin Argan Ve Aloevera Özlü and a somewhat earthy and fougere scent with the Loris E-003 Acqua Di Gio.

With all due respect to the Fatip and Merkur I used last week but the Paradigm 17-4 puts them in the corner like clumsy rascals.
It's clear the Paradigm is clearly the superlative and for me the highest step in efficiency and comfort.
