Pre-Shave: Proraso Red

Shaving Soap/cream: Sweyn Forkbeard Cedarwood & Sandalwood
Shaving Brush: Edwin Jagger XL Syntheet

DE-Razor: Lutz slant
DE-Blade: Treet Dura Sharp 5x

Aftershave balm: Stirling Sandalwood

For those who find the Castle Forbs of the same name too smoky and too violent, the Sweyn Forkbeard is a more than excellent alternative.
Slightly more nuanced in smell and also fantastic shaving properties.

Brush and soap:
Luyixian Synth-24x68 and Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic:
This morning some extra preparation with Proraso Crema Pre Barba. Then with the Luyixian Synth-24x68 a firm foam beaten from the Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic. Everything had to be good, because I had a new challenge.
Blade and razor:
The Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus for the 1st x used. A fresh Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus from which I know what to expect. Good work. All to try a Paradigm Daimondback from Hans from Utrecht. I do want to take over that piece, but first I may shave with it for a test. Well I was surprised when I bought and used the Game Changer a year and a half ago, but this far surpasses that feeling. Not that the Game Changer isn't even good or anything, but I still have to get my hands on that Daimondback, while it already shaves smooth with the Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus. That Paradigm feels solid and accurate. I have to get used to the handle, could have been a little shorter for me, but I'll get used to it. The balance is easy to find, but the first time is always something you're looking for. To keep the tension there I will shave a few more tests, but doubts? I don't think so. Beautifully smooth and very comfortable. Result BBS.
Finally: That perfectly smooth skin cared for with Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Kolonya Klasik Limon, Vivo Per Lei Hyacinth Hand & Body Lotion and as a final scent Loris E-048 Cool Water.
Lovely job.

Not the best Diamondback shave, a little raw ...
Don't know why, maybe because I was up already.

Enjoy this sunny Saturday!
