Brush and soap:
Oumo Brush LE 095/102 / silk HMW gel tip 26 mm and TFS Bergamotto Neroli Forte:
Frothing up a fine soap with a fine brush does not always have the desired result. With the Oumo Brush LE 095/102 / silk HMW gel tip 26 mm of the TFS Bergamotto Neroli Forte foamed. The result is a knot full of nice and firm citrus foam and also some foam in the bowl. However, the skin in the lather was not as good. It didn't want to flow out of the brush on the skin and it didn't want to come out of the bowl in the brush. Standing there with a good badger, fine foam to get your head whipped in. Of course that worked out fine, but this brush and this soap don't really go together.
Blade and razor:
Used the Derby Extra Super Stainless for the 4th time.
I put the Derby Extra Super Stainless in the piggy bank, because the result I expected was hardly achievable. Quite funny, when I look in my blade statistics, I see, that since I register this, I have used as much Derby Extra as Rapira PL and those are the most used, 13 pieces, DE blades since then. That says nothing about quality, because in total I used 321 blades since I registered this. I took 55 turns out of the 13 Derby and out of the 13 Rapira 123. The combination Merkur 38C HD Long Handle Barber Pole with the Derby Extra Super Stainless is a very tame one. Sleet blade with the 38c provides some smoothness, but not a clean skin until the evening.
Result: DFS.
Finally: Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Kolonya Klasik Limon, Vivo Per Lei Hyacinth Hand & Body Lotion and Loris E-048 Cool Water for conservation and maintenance.
