Brush and soap:
Omega 80097 and Klar Kabinett:
The Omega 80097 is used to unleash the roses in the Klar Kabinett. Beautiful classic shaving soap with an excellent scent and perfect foam.
Blade and razor:
The Gillette Platinum for the 1st x used.
The Gillette Platinum is the surprise of the day. It's been a long time since I tried a new blade, but this doesn't feel wrong right away! The 1st turn is of course not decisive, but the first stroke through the beard is. It shaves or it doesn't shave. It shaves. Now see how this goes in several razors and how the blade holds itself. However, the 1st introduction is very promising. In the RazoRock Game Changer 0.84-P the Gillette Platinum has of course a good chance to show his good side and that feels very good, something like Rapira Platinum Lux and the Astra Super Platinum. Now let them all come from the same factory.....I sometimes think, that there can never be so many different techniques to make razor blades, so it's not surprising when some blades look very much alike. In any case, the first meeting was a pleasant one.
Result: BBS.
Finally: the care with Ilgaz Rose Isparta, a little Rose of Bulgaria AS, Naturlife Krem Vazelin Gül Ve Aloevera Özlü Rose and finally a puff of Fernelle Provence et Nature Edt.That was very roses, very tasty.

After a good bike ride I shaved. The Treet black beauty works very well for me in slanted razors. I feel a little pull while shaving, but the stubble is completely gone. The alum sting is more or less non existing. Lifespan of the blade is not great, but who cares.

The CBL Grape & Soda was introduced for the first time and it was a true pleasure in terms of smell and shaving quality.

Badly a drawback and that was the cooling that gave the soap because there is indicated on the lid with cooling agents but I have hardly experienced any cooling during the shave.

Maybe you don't need mutch more Jaap but one tip I've got for you is take a good shaving soap. :kaputtlachen1:kaputtlachen1:kaputtlachen1

Brush and soap:
Semogue SOC Badger Cherrywood and Simpson Sandalwood:
Knocking foam with the Semogue SOC Badger Cherrywood from the Simpson Sandalwood is a smooth job. Load the brush, stir a little in a warm damp bowl and you're done. Nice firm foam. Not my most prized sandalwood, but a very tasty one, with a good scent in the foam. I can enjoy that.
Blade and razor:
The Gillette Platinum for the 2nd time used.
The Gillette Platinum is again a nice blade to use this turn. Little angle sensitive and soft shaving. The Above The Tie S1 is now a soft shaving slant of the upper class and that goes very nicely together with the character of the Gillette Platinum. Pleasant forgiving combination, with which I can easily shave nice and close.
Result: BBS.
Finally: nothing to repair or soften, so good splash Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Tütün, some Naturlife Krem Vazelin Argan Ve Aloevera Özlü for the hydration and Loris So Oud for a nice smell. Again a nice start of the day.

I didn't shave yesterday. The shave was not that comfortable. The result was good tough. No nicks, cuts etc. Stubble gone and no alum sting.
Moved the blade to the blade bank anyway.

A suprise today! Normally Kai blades gives me horrible shaves. Today however they worked wonderfully wel in the Timeless. I don’t know it was the razor and blade combination, my improved shaving technic or the very good soap properties. The fact is that I had a relaxing shave with a very close result.
