Mama Bear often gives me a smile on my face, again this time. Delicious scent and perfect foam that also gives a pleasant nourishing feeling after the shave.

Omega 20102 and Klar Kabinett:
With the Omega 20102 the vintage roses in the Klar Kabinett whipped up. This classic is unbeatable in foam, rose fragrance (though not too pronounced) and lubricating property. Fortunately I still have a stock for the future. This is one of those old-fashioned hard soaps that just stays good.
Blade and razor:
The Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus used for the 7th x.
The Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus continues to do its job. Tomorrow again. This 7th is simply excellent. In the Fatip Piccolo Special Edition (OC), the Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus has an effective cut. Simply smooth again.
Result: BBS.
Finally: PeReJa Rose edc, Naturlife Krem Vazelin Gül Ve Aloevera Özlü en Provence et Nature Rose Fernelle provided a nice fragrant finish and it still smells like roses here.
Even after years of experience, when cleaning the razor, I have to make sure that the blade is out of the head before removing foam with my thumb along the bottom plate. Now it is lying well open. Shall save you the piquant details.....

Simple brush, Vulfix 404 Grosvenor mixed Badger and Boar Bristle and a medium soap, Plantes&Parfums Provence Eau du Ventoux Savon à Barbe, but a super foam with a delicious southern French soap scent. Nice fat gliding and caring. It can be tastier, but certainly does not have to be!

The Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus used for the 8th x.
The Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus ended up in the piggy bank only because 8x is sufficient, but it was not necessary. I am very pleased with these blades. Now used 10 of which 5 8x, 4 9x and 1 10x, which brings the average to 8.7 per blade. I often put the blade away after 8x, because it is possible, but not necessary. Topper this blade, durable, comfortable and affordable. In the Paradigm Diamondback, the Gillette Rubie® Platinum Plus shows itself to full advantage, so I'm shaved nice and smooth again without any noticeable discomfort.
Result: BBS.
Finally: this beautiful shave with Eyüp Sabri Tuncer Kolonya Klasik Limon, Seinz. After Shave Balsam and Loris E-013 Creed Aventus fragrant and carefully closed.
Oh yes, I forgot to use the Proraso, but that doesn't add any more than a little coolness.
Gray day here, sitting out and waiting for the next shave.
Thinking about where the next trip might take me. In any case Vienna, so if anyone there knows of a shop with shaving equipment, I'll keep me recommended.

The brush is too big for the scuttle. Face lather worked. Tested the straight razors.
I honed both razors yesterday. HHT failed, but the with the grain pas was not too bad.
The merkur with the derby extra blade fininshed the stubble off.

After yesterday it was the turn of the face to shave, so today is my skullcap. That's how I keep shaving every day.
Today for the first time to the physiotherapist to start rehabilitating a little bit double as I was unfortunately told yesterday morning that I could be operated again on the 27th .. bummed out about this.
Anyway let's talk about the shave. This razor is heavy and a silent killer .. partly because you cannot steer with your little finger. at the time of manufacture they did not consider this necessary. (I have more scheermessen with this handicap, same maker only narrower)
I thought the Stirling mountainman suited this razor, not so much the smell of the soap but more the appearance of the picture on the tray where the soap is.
A 30mm synthetic brush with a custom handle finished it off, happy day's again.
A nice relaxed 2pass shave made short work of the hair on my head. mirror smooth.
