Pre-shave:
Balea Men oil
Shaving Soap: Mevr. SoapZ Lemon & Gincer
After Shave Balm: Treufitt & Hill West Indian Limes
Eau de Toilette: Treufitt & Hill West Indian Limes

Shaving Brush: Yagi 30mm. Syntheet
Safety Razor: Paradigm 17-4
Razor Blade: Gillette Nacet

Every time the Paradigm 17-4 is allowed to do its work again, there is the sigh why I still have all those other safety razors in my house.

After not shaving yesterday there was a lot of work to do today but whistling and like a warm knife through the butter all beard hairs were removed smoothly.

And then we go on our way to .........big sigh.

Brush and soap:
Mühle Silvertip Fibre® 21mm and Cyril R. Salter Indian Sandalwood:
Shaving this morning was simple, effective and delicious. Easy and good. The Mühle Syntheet is a brush that effortlessly turns any soap, hard or soft, into nice foam. So also the Cyril R. Salter Indian Sandelwood. That's a nice very soft soap to use.
Blade and razor:
The Tip Personna? for the 1st x used.
A new Tip Personna in the scraper. This knife is good to use, but not the flashy, like the Gillette Rubie®. In the Qshave it's like I'm shaving with an R41. Make sure that there is no damage, but very effective. This is already at 1.5 for the skull and 2.5 for the face. Nice and smooth.
Result: BBS.
Finally: A simple shave is only AS and ASB and that could be the Floïd Classic this morning.
Good start.

I’am considering to do the same with a Maseto brush. The handle is really nice to use but the knot is losing hair like a manic. Maybe a Maggard SHD would be nice...

Same here with losing the badger hair from the Maseto.
It’s fairly easy to remove the knot and replace it. The handle indeed is very nice to use, and of good quality.

These ideas, to my great regret, come just too late for me.

I also found this a great grip but also in my case the hair was constantly falling out.
That's why I gave it away for free at one of my last shaving soap sales.

But to put a Maggard knot in these handles is a great idea.
Sad of course that many Maseto brushes are of such poor quality, I gave away all my silvertip brushes because they constantly lost a lot of hair during the shave.

Although I now suddenly realize that Kingjack would provide my 30 mm J&T with a new maggard knot.

Wow, that really was a nice and easy shave!
That's not always with the Blackbird with me.

Brush and soap:
Mühle Silvertip 3 band and Lea Original Stick:
The Lea shavestick is a great soap for a foam without pretention. Smells like soap and some barbershop-like and nothing else special. The lubrication of such a stick remains a bit of a hassle, but in the end the Mühle Silvertip 3 band, a somewhat weak tie, turns it into a nice foam.
Blade and razor:
The Tip Personna? used for the 2nd time.
The blade was better this morning, than yesterday right out of the box. Truly another thing that needs to run in. In the Blackbird a fine combination, which is very effective on the scull by its own weight, but nice smooth shaving. On the face completely perfect.
Result: BBS.
Finally: Lavender lends itself perfectly to the finishing after the Lea, so some Rebul edc, neutral Seinz and then some L.T. Piver to keep the scent of the purple fields in the nose for a bit longer.

An advantage of using two weeks of holiday the same razor, is that you are able to refine your shaving technic with that razor. The Gamechanger gave me realy nice shaves the last days. I think today even a baby will be jealous on my close and soft skin. Have a good day!

After the hash travel razor, and the two old timers from the start of the 20th century the Timeless shaved smooth and supple, almost as easy as the Fatip Piccolo, where my previous experience were leaning to the snippy and uncomfortable side. Is this the Gillette blade? Or is shaving with very unforgiving razors a good practice for using the Timeless? I toyed with the idea to sell the whole Timeless set, but after this morning i think ill keep it.
BBS & DFS in 3 rounds, where the last one was more a weeding out the last resisting anarchist hairs.
Te soap smelled nice, not great but nice, just the right combination of bitter, sweet and sour notes with a nice spicy background. just to understated to be considered by me. Such a shame, just a bit more scent oils added and this one would be high on my list!.
